My dashcam swelled from the heat. Not great, but customer service was very nice and they sent me a replacement quickly.

Sent back a broken camera and got a replacement even though it was out of warranty

My VIOFO Dashcam would not generate a WiFi signal. I contacted the Viofo Tech Line. They were helpful and linked me new Firmware to try on camera. When this didn't work I contacted warranty. After a few email exchanges I sent my camera back and they sent me a working replacement. I did have to pay for the return shipping. The VIOFO people I dealt with were top notch. Thank you.

I purchased and connected my Viofo A329 about 13 months ago. I watched a lot of YouTube videos to decide on the Dashcam I would want. Violo seem to win hands down, so I took the chance and purchased one. It was posted quickly and arrived soon after. I set it up in my truck and forgot about it until the other day. First time taking the videos off the card, They ran fast and I wasn't impressed. I emails Violo and explained all. I was emailed back soon after to check different settings and change them, They explained why I was getting videos as I did. I changed the settings as directed and PERFECT! They nailed it. The quality is second to none (Even after 13 months in the sun in Nth Qld), reading licence plates day and night is easy, and from a reasonable distance. Also, I didn't realise it came with the 18 months warrenty. By the looks of things, Iĺl never need it. Thank you Violo and Thank you Annie for your outstanding advise!

As a first time user of Viofo dashcams, I was blown away at the value for money these devices get you. They do exactly as advertised and ran completely faultless in the harsh Aussie sun for 11 months. After sending my vehicle in to get a window tint, the tint shop removed my rear camera to gain access to the window. Once I tried to reconnect the camera, it would not link with the main front unit and despite trial and error, I thought all hope was lost. The Viofo support team was quick to help and with a few photos to rule out any possible damage, had let me know they are shipping me a replacement unit under warranty, all within 5 days of my first message. Amazing customer service and equally great devices, I'll be recommending Viofo to anyone looking to purchase a dashcam.

After using Viofo A119 mini v2 for almost 1.5 years, I can say it has been an amazing and high quality dashcam. once, it clearly captured a small stone on the road that hit my windshield. After 1.5 years, it started beeping continuously and kept stopping recording, but the issue was an unrecommended sd card that I was using. I reached the customer service, and they instantly took care of the problem and went above and beyond. This is a generous company that cares for its customers. Extremely happy.
