The good folks at Vinylmnky went above and beyond to make sure that my order was fulfilled after inventory became scarce and they didn't receive enough from the supplier to fill all pre-orders. They secured additional inventory and kept the communication coming while working to ensure that I was taken care of.

Pre-ordered a record back in the beginning of October, money was immediately taken from my account and now almost 3 weeks after the album I pre-order has released I've still yet to get any correspondence, a tracking number or anything. Company will not respond to support emails I sent over a week ago. I will be filing a billing dispute with PayPal next. Edit: After submitting this TrustPilot review they reached out to me and we were able to come to an agreement with the original purchase being shipped last week and received as expected earlier this week. The review has been updated to reflect this. YMMV.

Eric - First off, I’m terribly sorry for your experience thus far. On November 4 at 10:16 AM, we had sent out an email to to explain the current status of this album. The email may have been caught by your email filters so please check your spam, but I do apologize if you felt there was no communication. I have looked through our support inbox as well and did not locate any inquiries directly from you. I will resend you the email now that explains the situation and allow you to decide on how you’d like to proceed. In no way are we attempting to scam you and only wish to provide you good service and good music. Thank you.

Received a record that was defective from the factory (label over the playable area of the record). Emailed them and they responded within 3 minutes and said they would reach out to the label to see what they could do. They weren't able to get an additional copy from the label since it was a limited pressing, so they just gave me a refund. Couldn't ask for any better customer service than that. Will absolutely buy from them again.

I pre-ordered from this site and it was pushed back, which is fine. But when I received my order it was the incorrect variant having pre-ordered an exclusive pressing, and receiving the standard. I emailed on June 10th. We are days away from September and despite following up, I'm still yet to hear back about receiving the vinyl that I specifically paid for. Very disappointed in the customer service offered by vinylmnky.

I've been very impressed with Vinyl Monkey's choice of artists, the service and the high quality of packaging they offer (Albums signed by the artist, special color prints etc.).

I LOVE Vinylmnky. I have been a member for the past two years and it’s been a great experience. Whether you’re just starting to build your record collection, or you already have dozens - Vinylmnky (especially BOTM) will grow your collection with new music, across all varieties, for all occasions. I got my Crosley player from Vinylmnky too and LOVE It! The team is amazing, responsive and they’ve got great taste :) and if they don’t have a record you’re looking for, you can request it and they’ll hook you up!
