I am a brand new author and didn’t have the first idea what I was doing. I’d actually written notes that were therapy for myself. Grand publishers helped make my book come to life with helping me every step of the way and making it make sense to the readers. Eternally grateful and if anyone reading this is thinking about publishing a book. Grand publishers will make you proud. A really big thank you to Arthur, Fiona and David. Looking forward to my next book with you guys x

Thank you Grand Publishers for helping…
Thank you Grand Publishers for helping me to put this book out there. Zane and Arthur are the two professional people I want to thank personally for everything they did for me. I didn't expect such a good result for my book. They have literally took my book to another level.

GRAND PUBLISHERS? DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU’RE REALLY DEALING WITH?
Authors, beware!
I paid Grand Publishers £1,500 for professional publishing services.
They sent me my manuscript and asked me to sign it off as ready for print. Unfortunately, I found 737 corrections, documented in a separate 156-page report, with errors stretching from the prologue through Chapter 94. The formatting alone contained approximately five different fonts, with sizes ranging from 12 to 28. I eventually corrected the manuscript myself, reducing it by around 200 pages.
When I complained about the mistakes, their response was that they would have done another proofread.
Then why on earth were they asking me to sign it off as ready for print?
Then they wanted my personal Amazon KDP and IngramSpark passwords. I asked who would have access and how my details would be protected. I received no satisfactory answers.
My grandson once discovered he could order dinosaurs simply by asking Alexa. Parcels started arriving, with an enormous floppy snake being the last thing he ordered. When that arrived, we said, “Oh, hell no!” and put an end to his shopping spree!
If I wouldn’t give my own grandson unrestricted access to my Amazon account, why on earth would I hand my passwords to strangers when I can’t even establish who they are or where they work?
And believe me, I’ve looked!
I’ve followed addresses from London to Morpeth, Glasgow and even Texas, and I still cannot verify where Grand Publishers actually operates from.
Their London address, 71 Shelton Street, given on my contract, forms part of an address range publicly advertised for virtual-office and mailbox services, shared by numerous businesses. That’s a mailing address, not proof of where their publishing staff actually work.
So who are they? Where are they? And if you can find their actual publishing offices, please tell me. I genuinely would love to know!
My publishing package included marketing, yet I saw no evidence of advertising for my book. I handled that myself. Then came a proposal for another £6,000 for advertising.
A number one bestseller? Dear, no. If my book gets anywhere, it’ll get there on its own merits.
And these are the people I’m supposed to trust with my book sales and royalties? Not a cat in hell’s chance!
I asked for a refund. I’m still waiting.
Already using Grand Publishers? Check your sales records and your royalty statements.
I have contracts, correspondence, payment records and extensive correction evidence available on request, including to Trustpilot.
My advice? Avoid this company like the plague. Do your research before signing anything

Amazing experience with Grand Publishers
I did a lot of research into different publishers before deciding who I wanted to publish my book, Life Is Full of Surprises, You Don’t Know What’s Around the Corner, and Grand Publishers came out on top for me.
What can I say about Grand Publishers? They have delivered everything that was agreed when I first signed up with them. Jason, David and the whole team have supported me every step of the way throughout the publishing process, from getting the book ready for publication to the marketing and promotional side.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Jason, David and the entire Grand Publishers team for all your hard work, support and encouragement. It has been fantastic having you alongside me on this journey.
I’m extremely proud to see my book published, and I’m looking forward to continuing this journey with you all as we work towards Seasons 3 & 4.
Thank you, Grand Publishers, for believing in my work and supporting me every step of the way.
Here’s to the next chapter! 🚀

First time author
I am in the process of having my first children’s book published by Grand Publishers. As a new author I required guidance and advice in order to bring my book up to publishing standards. Grand Publishers provided me with this help and advice when I was introduced to Project Manager, David Alonzo and Marketing Manager Jason Parker.
They understood my vision for the book and were respectful of keeping the style of the hand painted illustrations and author voice as authentic as possible.
As the Project Manager, David Alonzo was my point of contact throughout the process. He was very open to answering my questions and suggestions during the editing process. David went above and beyond, guiding me from start to finish, explaining everything in detail. His patience was very much appreciated as was his availability when I required assistance or clarification on details. He was very responsive and would call or message whenever I needed help or information, despite his very busy schedule.
His enthusiasm and love for his chosen career in publication, his professionalism, and his guidance for me during this process was impressive. His support and dedication for first time authors was invaluable. The service that David and his team provided was excellent. I would absolutely use the service of Grand Publishers in the future if I were to create another book. I would highly recommend using Grand Publishers.

Fraudulent Practices
Fraudulent Practices, Financial Predation, and Copyright Intellectual Property Theft
This is a critical warning to all independent authors and creators. This vanity publishing outfit operates as a deceptive financial trap. I originally engaged their services, only to be met with zero professional execution and persistent hidden fee extensions designed to pickpocket my capital. Absolute parasites.
I was forced to launch a formal financial dispute to successfully reclaim every single penny of my stolen funds. Following the forced return of my money, this company flagrantly violated copyright boundaries. Having held my manuscript records in their system, they have actively cloned my unique title and dumped a carbon-copy duplicate book onto the open internet under a different name to exploit my creative concept.
This company does not publish literature; they harvest data, engage in predatory billing scams, and steal intellectual property from independent creators the second they lose legal disputes. Avoid this organization at all costs. Legal files and formal reports are fully documented. Do not trust them.

Official Response from Grand Publishers Management
Dear Readers,
We take all client feedback seriously, but we must set the record straight when a review is fabricated as a retaliatory weapon following a failed financial dispute and non-payment of contractually owed funds.
The claims made in this review regarding "fraudulent practices," "cloned books," and "reclaimed funds" are 100% factually untrue, demonstrably false, and legally actionable. Here are the verifiable facts regarding this client’s account:
1. LIE: "I launched a financial dispute to successfully reclaim every single penny."
THE TRUTH: This reviewer filed a formal chargeback dispute with our bank attempting to reverse her initial £500 deposit. Our bank conducted a thorough, independent investigation into the case. We submitted the signed contract alongside four separate written approvals sent by this client praising our work ("I love the cover", "That's perfect... I love it", and "Absolutely love them").
After evaluating the evidence, our bank ruled 100% in favor of Grand Publishers. Zero funds were returned to her because the financial institution confirmed our services were fully rendered. Claiming she "reclaimed every penny" is a complete lie.
2. LIE: "They cloned my unique title and dumped a duplicate book onto the open internet."
THE TRUTH: Grand Publishers has never published, cloned, or uploaded this author’s manuscript anywhere on the internet under any title or name.
What actually happened: Our editorial and design team completed all contractual editing, formatting, and artwork, delivering the final master files on June 1, 2026. This client took our completed work, refused to pay the remaining contract balance of £499.00, published the book herself under an altered name, and filed a false dispute. When she lost that dispute, she fabricated this narrative of "IP theft" to cover up her non-payment.
3. LIE: "Deceptive financial trap... persistent hidden fee extensions."
THE TRUTH: This client signed a transparent, fixed-fee Service Agreement on April 28, 2026, for £999.00. Zero hidden fees were ever charged or requested. Every phase of work was executed within the contractually agreed 2–6 week timeline.
FORMAL CHALLENGE & LEGAL NOTICE TO THE REVIEWER:
Accusing a business of criminal acts (theft, scams, IP cloning) after losing an official banking investigation constitutes Defamation Per Se and Trade Libel.
We hereby formally challenge you to post verifiable documentary proof of your claims right here on Trustpilot within 24 to 48 hours:
Post official documentation proving you won a refund (you cannot, because our bank ruled in our favor).
Post an active ISBN or link showing Grand Publishers published a duplicate of your work (you cannot, because no such release exists).
If you cannot provide proof of these claims within 48 hours, you are demanded to immediately remove this defamatory review.
If this false statement is not removed by September 28, 2026, our legal counsel has been instructed to file a formal civil lawsuit for Defamation, Trade Libel, and Tortious Interference, alongside legal debt recovery proceedings for your unpaid balance of £499.00 plus legal expenses.
To our prospective clients: We maintain full transparency and keep timestamped email approvals and official bank resolution letters for every project. We welcome any party to contact our management team directly at [email protected] should you wish to see verifiable proof of our work standards and integrity.
