Customer service sucked took forever to reply to me. Then they pretty much told me too bad we dont make that door anymore deal with it it was horrible for an item that costs 4000 dollars thats useless to me now because they dont have the part in their inventory

We love our vinotemp wine fridge. The drawers slide out so easily.

Would not purchase another one. Missing one leg and fragmented temperature gauge reading so you have a hard time reading it. Customer service sent wrong replacement part and never followed up repeated phone calls to them.

It did not work for our needs. Be sure and verify this unit will work in your space before you buy it or you will be stuck with a useless unit that can't be returned.

I was so excited about the garage wine cooler. It was very attractive! The bottom part of the cooler did not work. The service team worked for 3 weeks and could not find anyone to service it. I did do a replacement but due to the poor packaging the replacement was damaged. I gave up and returned the product. Maybe you will have better luck.

sharp looking, quiet, functional, like the 2 zones, shelves fit up to 5 bottles each (bottom one only can take 2-3)

I thought that I read that the shelves would fully extend, they do not. Therefore you cannot see what you have in the back of each shelf. The next wine refrigerator I buy will have fully extending shelves. thanks
