So far my brand new wine fridge is loud
So far my brand new wine fridge is extremely loud, louder than my large regular fridge. I'm working with customer service to lock down an appointment for them to come and check on it and it's been 2 weeks still no appointment.

Hello Stephanie, I spoke to our service techs and they said they spoke with you. Perhaps the unit is working more right now to bring the temperature down. The unit has a glass door, and is compressor so there will be cycling on and off. A refrigerator has a solid door, thus more insulation, thus will cycle less. If the room is not too warm, the unit will adjust and cycle less. There are things you can do like put some cushion or padding on the feet if its on a hard floor if the sound is vibration that you are hearing. This is a normal compressor wine cooler, so its not any louder than any other compressor wine cooler. Thermoelectric coolers are quieter, however they do not pull the temperature down as efficiently as a compressor wine cooler and some units because of the energy rules is not allowed to be sold into California. When sending service, if the unit is normal as far as how it sounds and works, the service call would require a deposit if the unit is indeed functioning as it should.
