Ordered on 9/12 and received on 9/17, The 1/4 zip fabric and design was beautiful and the quality outstanding , It was on sale at a good price Could not have been a better experience. So big thank you Vineyard Vines from a very happy customer.

I spent $108 on a tie from VV. My son wore it one time and I had it dry cleaned one time and it lost it's form. I spoke to the dry cleaner and they showed me how the quality of the tie was sub-par to other ties. I contacted VV customer service and they agreed to do a one time courtesy store credit for the current sales price of the item but they said 'this item is still considered to be damaged due to wear and tear.' My husband has ties that have lasted 20 years. This tie was less than 1 year old. If you are going to charge top dollar, you have to have quality. And when the quality fails, you have to have excellent customer service. I experienced poor quality AND poor customer service. This is not the first time I have had an issue with their quality, but it will be the last because I will no longer be shopping this brand.

I bought a sweater there a year ago and where the sleeves connect in the back the knit is all unraveling. I sent an email to them about it with photos and they have not responded.

This Racist Store and the Clerk's should all be fired ASAP. Fire Caleb the black guy working there, - This man Harassed me outside the store Calling me Derogatory inappropriate language, Caleb is Scary and Unprofessional. - This Man Tried to Fight me, so check the Cameras and See for yourself. The Manager Working said he doesn't care and the Manager was also being Racist towards me for being a black woman, and I had not said 1 word, I only Asked to Speak to The Manager- Fire this No good guy too please. I'd love to Speak with Ryan about the terrible people above.- This was in Germantown Tn

Like the fit for women’s cotton tee and women’s sankaty tee. Problem with the cotton is that after about 3 washing’s on delicate I get little holes in the front. I’m not overweight-5’5” and 124 lbs. when I called to see what was up they said I could solve the problem by buying a new one-this I’ve tried 3 times… holes each time. The problem with the sankaty tee is that Ive not been able to buy it for about 2 yrs. When I called to inquire they did not know if it had been discontinued or not Not a very helpful company, very frustrating.

Very nice service everywhere. Making sure you have a good day! Especially making sure you are good with sizes, colors, style, and more. Found some nice shirts with a lot of sales. Can be expensive but very nice and popular!!

I have always found the sales staff to be very polite and helpful. That said, the merchandise itself is not of high quality and is overpriced. Up until recently I was a fairly regular customer but the last few items I have purchased did not hold up.

Vineyard Vines is the best of old school: great clothes, great customer service, and--it may not seem like much--but they still wrap your goods with care. I love Vineyard Vines!!
