Was very disapointed when my order with Vineyard avines was canceled without them informing me. When I called they said it was because the items I had ordered were not in stock - but I saw them still in stock on their web page. When I pointed this out they offered to place an order for me, but it would not include the additional amount off as it had in my original order. I was disappointed since I have usually had a positive experience with the company. Have they recently been sold?

Vineyard vines has the absolute worst Customer Service I’ve ever experienced. I have made three phone calls for a return label and they have not been able to send it to me. The salesman in the store at Tyson’s incorrectly, entered my email address and because he has done that, I am not allowed to receive a return label. I have called three times and no one can give me a straight answer. They keep telling me there is a return label on the way and then I never receive one. The third person. I spoke to told me that because it was ordered through the store. I am not able to get a return label. Maybe they should start training all of the representatives in the same manner so that you don’t get three different responses for every call that you make. I will never order from Vineyard vines again.

Terrible customer service!! After 4 emails to inquire about my order, I’ve yet to receive a response. I don’t know if my order will be shipped or won’t be shipped at this point. Worst customer service ever!!

I ordered a polo sweater from vineyard vines and was disappointed by the quality of the item! I guess when you purchase this brand before and are really happy, expectations are high. This time the fabric was thin and flimsy, the size was way larger than the same size in the last order 6 months ago!! Disappointed!

I spent $90 on two $45 T-shirts and the whale logo faded after the first wash. I contacted customer support, but they refused to help because the shirts were purchased at a retail store rather than directly from them. It is unacceptable that a brand refuses to back its product based on where it was purchased. This is not a policy I have ever encountered before.

Their return policy is absolutely horrendous and even then they don't follow it. I made a gift return, with the receipt, and they stated their policy is 30 business days! Now, their website does NOT say that, in fact it lumps gift returns in with their standard return policy but customer service has been non-responsive and demeaning in any of their responses. I like their clothes but I will never buy anything again if this is how it goes. Customer service is horrible.

I received a couple of button down long sleeved shirts for Mother's Day. I thought I might like them until I tried them on. Big, boxy with no contouring. They are so unflattering. I am not huge at all but they made me look that way. I would expect better tailoring for the price.
