Paying exorbitant fees for basic data should be a thing of the past! Company reached out after review
After writting the below review about my experience, I received a phone call from vinaudit. They apologized and said their office had been closed when I called. Im not sure why the emails bounced back as undelivered. They followed through with sending a vin report. They offered a refund within 24hours. Untrustworthy. I used the vin report May 2025 as it advertised as an instant report. My visa was billed and I never received a report. Tried phoning the customer service number in both canada and usa. Canadian number is not in working order. American customer service number took me to a voicemail that said it was full and hung up. Emailed both Canadian and American customer service email and both said they were undelivered.

Applicazione inutile non ti dà il chilometraggio non ti dà se ci sono stati incidenti e altro. Dovrebbero toglierla. È la classica applicazione truffa che serve solo a sfilarti quattrini. Non utilizzatela per carità 👎👎👎

Just ran a history report for a 2008…
Just ran a history report for a 2007 vehicle. the only thing that came back was one registration in 2007 and one in 2024. I ran the carfax and it had a registration and odometer reading every year, ton of service records, etc. I contacted the company and they offered to refund my order which they did.

They have integrity
I had a problem with my report.. I emailed the company and every concern was touched upon. :) I was heard. It was refreshing👍.. They were honest and accountable. I didn't get a helpful report, but I was made to feel very Listened to and Valued as a customer. I recommend give them a try. They have integrity.
