Since launching in 2011 as a first-level access provider to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System, we’ve quietly built one of the largest vehicle databases in North America. In 2020 VinAudit expanded operations to support the Canadian market, becoming one of two providers north of the border. Our solutions include vehicle specifications, market valuations, ownership costs, images, and inventory data feeds.

VINAUDIT should allow a logged in user to change their email and password from within their user session. I was sent a change password link that continues to fail with the error message "vinaudit.com says Invalid user name or password" when trying to change it.

Updated review, based on VinAudit customer service response to my review. I was disappointed with the VinAudit report on my vehicle because the information was minimal. VinAudit responded with apology and refund. I originally clicked the VinAudit link from the NMVTIS Consumer Access Page, which only showed this link and others; I didn't investigate the others. I consider AutoCheck and CARFAX are superior to VinAudit, albeit at higher price.

Just ran a history report for a 2007 vehicle. the only thing that came back was one registration in 2007 and one in 2024. I ran the carfax and it had a registration and odometer reading every year, ton of service records, etc. I contacted the company and they offered to refund my order which they did.

Customer service is second to none. The report did not provide the vehicle service history. I was immediately contacted by customer service who, promptly issued a refund.

The report did not provide what I was looking for. I sent an email asking about a particular part of the report not making sense and they issued a refund without me even asking. Pretty good customer support.

More fun than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
