It works just like the video. I don't know how, but it does. My skin is very fair and it works beautifully. It takes very very little for me so it'll last a long time. That's a good thing because should I reorder, it does take a long time to arrive. Almost 4 weeks in my case. You can apply effortlessly and smoothly with or without a brush. I kind of like the brush though, but my fingers work fine too. If you have more to cover, that's easily achievable my building the coverage or just adding a little more where you need it. TBH, I was Shocked that it works, but it Really does. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, not for the product, but for the shipping time. You can skip your primer or at least I can. Not needed at all.

Produkt nicht bestellen ist volle Abzocke. Habe innerhalb von 12 Std. von meinem Widerrufsrecht gebraucht gemacht, Ware war noch nicht mal versandt. Das wurde einfach ignoriert und mir mit den Floskeln: „ihre Bestellung ist unterwegs, viel Freude damit“ wurde einfach die Tatsache ignoriert, dass ich darum gebeten habe, es nicht wegzuschicken. Dann wurde behauptet es ist schon am Weg, obwohl die Sendungsnummer was anderes sagt. Leider hab ich zu spät die Erfahrungsberichte gelesen. Ich habe total empfindliche Haut und Roszea auf den Wangen. Und wie hier schon berichtet brennt das Produkt auf der Haut. Und wenn ihr das Produkt testet wird es erst recht nicht zurückgenommen, obwohl damit geworben mit. Aus diesen Geund möchte ich das Paket gar nicht und jetzt nach 5 Tagen steht, es benötigt noch immer 12-14 Tage ohne eine Auskunft von wo das Paket überhaupt kommt. Aus DE kann es schwer sein, denn da wäre es schon da gewesen. Diese Seite ist pure Abzocke.

I wanted to share my experience with Vima Cosmetics because I genuinely feel I was scammed. I ordered two their so-called “magic colour changing foundation” after seeing ads claiming it would self-adjust to match all Light to Medium skin tones. That sounded promising — but when I received the product, it turned out to be just one single shade, and it was a bright, unnatural orange. On my fair skin, it looked completely off and did not adjust at all. Their website is covered in slogans like “Money Back Guarantee” and “30 Day Free Returns”, but they refused to honour any of it. I followed their instructions, explained the issue, and even sent a clear photo showing the obvious colour mismatch (orange foundation on my face against my pale neck), along with feedback that the product felt cheap and provided very poor coverage. Instead of offering a refund, they responded with, “I do want to give you a tip: I recommend that you use a small amount of foundation.” Then they offered only a 25% refund on my $98.40 AUD order. When I said I wanted the full refund as advertised, they said they’d only consider it if I sent them a video of myself applying the makeup so they could “determine if it gives a natural look.” Honestly, I found that request ridiculous and invasive — no reputable company should require that just to process a return. To top it off, when the payment was processed, the merchant name came up as “kelvwatches”, not “Vima Cosmetics” — which is incredibly suspicious and has nothing to do with beauty products. It’s a huge red flag. Vima Cosmetics tries to present itself as an expensive, high-end makeup brand, but I strongly suspect their products are cheaply and mass produced, likely dispatched out of China. There’s nothing luxurious about the product or the service. Please don’t be fooled by the slick marketing or the videos showing women rubbing this product on their faces, raving about how amazing it is — the product simply does not work. Looking back, this really is one of those classic cases where if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. The product didn’t do what it claimed, the refund policy was a lie, and the entire experience felt like a convincing scam. I’m sharing this in hopes of warning others before they waste their money like I did. **EDITED TO ADDRESS THEIR REPLY** Haha the scam continues. This company is lying through their teeth by suggesting that I didn't order through their so-called official website & claiming they 'can't find my order' - How convenient, right? au.vimacosmetics.com - That is the website I ordered through. Of course the first part will vary depending on where you are from. As I am from Australia, it's 'au'. Oh, and a little strange that the supposed customer service reps that I corresponded with were named 'Fleur' and 'Mila' which are the SAME names that others who have posted negative reviews also dealt with. I wish I could post screenshots of my correspondence with this terrible company and their 'support team'. They are a complete and utter nightmare to deal with and they will stop and nothing to keep your money once it's left your account. As I have stated above, this is a very convincing scam. Don't fall for it.

This does not work! It does not cover well and it has a perfume smell like an older lady would wear. They say they take returns but when you ask for a return they can’t take it because the product was used. DONT OFFER RETURNS IF YOU DONT ACTUALLY DONT RETURNS! Definitely do not recommend this!!!! Also they relied to my review saying I might have ordered its from a different website that theirs. But this is not true as well! If I could I would add the screenshot of the email they sent me. It is their company that definitely responded and told me that there are not refunds! DO NOT TRIST THIS COMPANY!

I bought 2 items and received a free brush. The items arrived and I tried it , I discovered it comes out too dark and it smells awful. When I tried to get a refund , they won’t return any item that has been opened and they want a video of me putting it on. They wouldn’t even return the unopened bottle either. So their try this risk free- 100% money back is untrue. This is a total scam. Stay away from this company as their customer service is awful. Edit: see their responses below. Their return policy is like buying clothes that don’t fit and the store wants a video of how they fit. Such a BS response. This company has an an awful return policy as they don’t want to honor what they say they will do.

Great product. It feels light on my skin, matches skin tone, and goes on easily. Will definitely order again!
