I was very disappointed with the product minimal coverage not the best match either made all my impurities come out. Would not recommend and would love to return if possible. Also another negative it took 3 weeks to arrive not cool

Ich kann die Artikel nicht vertragen und bekomme das Geld nicht zurück. Soll Videos machen und der Kundenservice geht auf meine Fragen überhaupt nicht ein. Die Bedingungen bezüglich Geld-Zurück bzw. Ware zurück geben, stehen nirgendwo und werden auch auf Anfrage nicht zugesandt. Diskutiere seit Tagen per Mail. Vermutlich so lange bis die 30 Tage rum sind und sie dann sagen, dass es zu spät ist. Ist alles Betrug. Produkte sind nicht gut. Der Primer zieht nicht ein und klebt. Die Foundation deckt bei wenig gar nichts ab (was angeblich auch korrekt ist, soll nämlich laut Kundenservice nicht deckend sein, steht aber auch nirgendwo) und bei mehr wird das Gesicht weiß bzw. blass. Eine Foundation soll doch abdecken, dafür kauft man es doch. Meine Haut reagiert auch direkt auf diese und fühlt sich unwohl an. Und trotzdem bekommt man das Geld nicht zurück. Auf keinen Fall dort was bestellen!

Shipping was slow but was worth it! This foundation is fabulous. Blends very well & it matches my skintone perfectly.

Company is a sham. My wife ordered cosmetics based on the money back guarantee, she didn’t like it, and they refused to give a refund. They’re asking her to make a video of herself putting the make up on with every effort to avoid giving a refund. It clearly says making a video or photos are Only required “if possible.” She does not want to share this personal process out of embarrassment and they refused to issue a refund. This company is awful and should be ashamed and everyone else should be warned to not do business with them. And I will continue making these comments until they give her a refund, long after they block me from their page. See you guys on the other side.

I have not yet received my foundation, it has been 15 days since I placed my order! That doesn’t work for me and I will never order again. Amazon can ship something in 2 days, this company 3 weeks and counting?!?

I've moved over to this foundation from il makiage as I've found it's the only foundation to help cover my skin nicely. I have bad pigmentation from a thyroid disease and this covers that beautifully without being too heavy or caking. A bonus that I don't have to try to match my shade as I can never get it right! Will buy again.
