I tried the foundation and it does not look good on me - it washes me out and doesn't match my skin tone. I requested assistance to return it and they want me to make a video of me using the makeup before I can get a refund. That is crazy. I also never used the primer because the foundation didn't work for me. They offered me a 25% refund which isn't acceptable. The 25% is still unacceptable - the terms and conditions as a moneyback guarantee do not mandate a video. It does discuss a video, but it is if possible - meaning a video is not mandated. I think it’s a scam and I don’t appreciate it.

It came so quickly after I ordered it I was surprised. Usually I expect over a week but it came just a few days after I ordered. The forgot that I ordered it also haha so when I saw it I was like oh ya and got so excited I went straight to the bathroom to try it out. This is coming from someone who never ever ever wears foundation because I hate the smell and how it looks on me. I honestly just wanted to see the magic of it matching my skin color. But now I absolutely LOVE how this made me look. It went on buttery smooth, matched perfect, even my neck and was light feeling and not cakey. It lasted all day without ever coming off or drying out and showing my creases more. In fact my face felt like I added moisturizer to it. Loveeeeee. Going to let my daughter try it also.

I love this foundation. It’s so easy to apply and matches to my skin tone exactly. You don’t need concealer and it my face looks moisturized and feels fantastic. I’m very impressed!

I had written a previous review because it took so long to deliver (5 weeks) and I was concerned that it was a scam. I was wrong. I just received the foundation today and it worked for me. It matched my skin tone and blended beautifully. Love it.

3 1/2 weeks and still no product. Customer service (Mila) has been worthless because all she does is tell me to track my package - it has been in transit since August 15 when I ordered it. My tracking is about a page long but it doesn't look like it is going anywhere. Save your money!!
