am writing my review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the foundation I purchased from VIMA Cosmetics. The product does not perform as advertised, and your suggestion to use an external foundation to achieve the desired effect is both unhelpful and financially unreasonable. I initiated a chargeback with my bank due to the product not being as described and the peculiar requirement of submitting a video for a refund. Furthermore, I am still awaiting the arrival of the primer that was part of my order. I will not be purchasing from your company again and will share my experience to ensure others are aware of these issues.

This took longer than expected to arrive. I have pale while skin so this does match however the coverage is VERY light, more like a tinted moisturizer! Nice to try and the colour change is interesting but unlikely to buy again based on the feedback and reviews about lack of customer service

I like the product it does what you see in the videos covers skin without making skin look orange. The only downfall about this product is that the coverage doesn’t last all day

I placed my order on 08/04. On 08/13, I reached out to the company for a status update since I had no viable tracking information or any updates. I was informed the following day the package was enroute and would arrive within 4-8 days. On Aug 21, I sent another message to support asking for an update since it was passed the time I was given and still don't have my package. I received a response 4 days later telling me my package is on the way. Today is August 29th, I have NOT received my order, I have requested a refund since $85 is a lot of money and I ordered this 25 days ago and don't have it. I have not been offered a refund or any type of compensation for the issue and now have to dispute the charge with my bank. Would NOT recommend ordering from this company. They are NOT about helping their customers in any way, shape or form.

I placed an order on the 3 August, delivery was to be made on or before 21 August and I am still waiting. I have reached out to them and they say due to sickness and the logistics company being short staffed is why there are delays. My advice to this company is to sort these issues out prior to taking orders and customers money, don’t say you will do something if it can’t be done. You are giving your brand a bad name and I would not recommend any of my friends to deal with you. This is sad because you may have a very good product.

Placed order on Aug 4, 2025.. still waiting. Today is August 27th.

It definitely changes to match your skin tone, however, I have Vitiligo and was hoping it would cover that up. Not the case. Otherwise I would recommend it.

Still waiting for my order! I placed my order 8/7 and still haven’t received it. I purchased it because I’m leaving for a cruise on 8/28 and wanted to try it since my color changes when in the sun. This delivery time frame is subpar considering how things can be shipped anywhere within a week. This better be an AMAZING product!
