Agree with all other comments regarding delivery, it took about 6 weeks to arrive, emails from customer service saying it was on the way. The primer is okay similar to any gel like primer, however the colour changing foundation just made me orange, im pale skinned and it looked awful ! Ill continue to use my estee lauder foundation as its a million times better than this!!! Don't waste your money!

Good news is that the color match for me was excellent. It is essential that you use a good moisturizer prior to using the foundation. But a few drops works very well. Bad news is that it took almost 2 months to receive the order.

The foundation was sticky. It did not match my skin tone at all and it took over ONE MONTH to be shipped!! I would highly recommend NOT buying this product!! Not worth the money!!!

I was really pleased with the foundation from here. It sits on my face so nicely and the colour matches perfectly, I was so surprised and really pleased! I always struggle with finding a colour match so this saved me that bother. Thank you

I waited almost 8 weeks for my order to arrive. I sent emails thinking they may have lost my order but they assured me it would be shipped soon. The delay was due to the demand of orders. I do like the product but I chose the wrong color balance. I’ve never thought of my self being fair complexion but I do think that color would have been a better balance. I was getting that dreadful makeup line along my jaw line. I now mix my lighter foundation with my Vima and I’m now getting better results.

This product is horrible!! Leaves a white cakey look on my skin, not soft and it brings out wrinkles even worse then they are. This is a waste of money. I was supposed to have received a brush as well, didn't get that either. Garbage!!! Don't spend the money on the crap.

I tried Vima’s foundation after seeing their ads promising a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and full refunds. Sounded great, so I gave it a go. Unfortunately, the product wasn’t for me—it had a white tinge and emphasized every tiny hair on my face. After numerous emails and even sending them a video (which is apparently hidden in the return policy), they finally refunded me 80%, claiming they deducted a shipping fee. I didn’t pay for shipping, it was free shipping! So why am I being charged now? I couldn’t find this policy written anywhere, and if it is, it’s clearly hidden, which feels misleading in itself. Honestly, the whole thing feels shady and dishonest. If you’re going to advertise a 100% money-back guarantee, you need to honor it! I’m not here to badmouth the product, clearly there is a lot of people that love it. Its just a heads up - if you’re thinking of ordering, read the fine print, be prepared to fight for your refund and don’t expect them to honor their own promises.
