I purchased a one-year Viki Pass Standard, but did not get any of the promised benefits. I still see ads every few minutes and I still have to wait 2-3 weeks to see new episodes. I sent a request to Viki's Support Team, asking them to look into the issue and to fix the problem. However, I got no response.I followed up the next day asking them to fix the issue again, but I still got no response. After 6 days of waiting, I finally gave up on Viki and asked for a refund. However, I'm still waiting for that refund/response. I feel that Viki has completely cheated me of my money and do not even care to respond to their customers. This has been a horrible experience for me.

Before I subscribed to Viki, I researched first and found out that they are really bad in subtitles. I thought, maybe I could give it a try. I am a Dramafever subscriber so i'm used to a GOOD SERVICE. Every time there's a new show in Viki, you have to wait for 2 days or more to have there subtitles to be 100% complete. Not like Dramafever! The moment Dramafever upload the new show you dont have to worry about anything.

I paid the annual and it was marked "7 days tries" but after paying, it is valid only on the monthly! Misleading. And then I can not force the quality in HD on PC while my phone yes, I have a little worry about the connection but I did not pay to enjoy the quality SD! And it looks like there is no content in Full HD, everything is in HD so the quality is blah, not so beautiful that ... I prefer to go to fansub with free 1080p quality. You deceive me.

Ok I loved that t was able to see some Korean drama again after drama fever rudely left. But Viki, what are you doing! Missing subtitles for some of the conversations! I am watching “where the stars land” and I guess the translation fell asleep?? Anyways, I was wondering why “my secret Terrius” was not on viki.

I'm watching where the stars land, there were no subtitle on most of important conversation, it's feels like I'm not getting what im paying for.

I always liked Viki until recently. Why is there a commercial every 6-10 minutes? It's disruptive to the viewing experience. Especially because it's the same commercial. Viki, do better.

Can no longer keep using their service until they start actually caring about their customers. Lately subs have taken close to a week to be completed. Why are we paying to watch subs the same time as everyone else who pays less?!?! There are other sites that have the subs completed couple hours after the show aired in SK. Viki hides behind their volunteers when customers complain about subs. The subbers take all the blame and they don't have to pay them!! Best free labor any company can ask for!

I have used viki from the beginning of your page. Starting was very good as it was one of the few pages where you could see Asian programming in high quality, however, over time they have forgotten the public in general and have become more monetary. If you want to see a dorama in viki you must cancel a membership, not only for the public spaces (which did not have any problems with them when they started to implement them), but now to see certain programs only for those who have a membership. They forget the public that has accompanied them since their inception.
