This project was a DIY railing upgrade for beach front home in Florida. We went with a SST post and cable system with wood hand rails to stand up to salt water challenges. Beautiful product, project turned out great! All tools and instructions provided.

They’ve been great to work with from the beginning of the project, to making mistakes during the project. They are always available to answer questions or get parts shipped. Excellent service great products!

The quality of manufacture is good but the design is cumbersome and requires far too much time to install.

Used Viewrail in 2019 for guardrails and exterior hanging stairs. Their product are good looking; however, they will not respect your construction schedule at all and will cause delays. If you are a serious builder, avoid them at all costs. We ordered Viewrail 6 months ahead of expected delivery date. We got confirmation that they would be able to deliver on the expected date. 2 weeks before expected delivery date, we contacted Viewrail again for confirmation. They informed us that our order would be delayed 2 months. Our construction job was delayed 2 months due to Viewrail. We have incurred damages due to delayed delivery. Their only reply was that they are not liable for damages per their terms and conditions.

The best products at competitive prices and the greatest people to work with. They communicate clearly, understand and represent their product fully and they care deeply. Keep up the good work!

I love our metal rod staircase that we have. It is what I had imaged it would be. It has updated our entire living area. They were very helpful on helping us figure out what we needed to convert our old to the new staircase. I had a few concerns during the construction of the new, but their customer service team we very helpful on getting everything correct. This company is growing very fast and does have some growing pains, but they are aware of what needs to be done to keep up with them. Their customer service department will address any concerns you might have and will go up and beyond to make everything to the standard that you want to achieve.
