I got a few estimates for a cable rail system and ultimately decided I could design and install it myself. I ordered viewrail posts and the rest of the components on my own terms but it went seamlessly and created a really top notch end product

I'm so satisfied. I love my stairs. Everyone that I dealt with from Viewrail were amazing! I received exactly what I needed! Perfect!

Powder coating failed on some of the posts as well as the mounting brackets on top of the posts broke causing the railing to become loose. Exterior install. Midwest climate.

Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions in an appropriate time frame. Positive experience, would recommend to others.

The website needs work and after $7500 for material I was highly unimpressed with the railing. I will try my best as a contractor not to install this product again.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, quality products, perfect for diy projects.

Very disappointed that a ready to ship product piece cannot be returned. The most expensive part, a corner post did not need to be used for our project and now it will be thrown away… What a shame.... I wish I would’ve talk to one of their reps before I Purchased.
