Highly disappointing!!!
I just bought a licence a few days ago, unfortunately it didn't work (code 4102; email invalid). I tried to contact them 3 times (from 2 different email accounts and via their online support mask - ticket ID 46336 and 46203). Until today I got no response back. Seems as it is a fake email address or they just don't care about their costumers - highly disappointing!!! Save yourself money and buy from another supplier.

Hi, Based on the information you provided, we confirm that the email has been processed and responded to by the staff on 13 Apr 2022, that is, the day you sent the email. The staff is still pending as you have no further contact. It is recommended that you check your email spam list to see if our replies have been incorrectly classified as spam mail. In addition, we strongly recommend that all users add videosolo.com to the trusted list after contacting us, in order to avoid similar situations that cause your request to not be properly handled. Grateful.

Top VideoSolo Screenrecorder

I purchased VideoSolo bluray ripper and it had some issues with some video's and trying to get any support was very difficult. now I've purchased a New PC and on thier web site they state to send a request and they will free the license for ere-install onto new systems, I have now send 3 service/help requests with no answer. do yourself a favor and buy something else! I got a reply from them saying they haven't received any emails..... I didn't send emails, I filled out service requests right from their web site. if they are not getting support requests from their own web site then they truly are leaving customers high and dry.....

Hi， I checked with my colleagues and we are unable to confirm any mail you have sent outside of us in 2021. Sending emails or forms under unstable network conditions may prevent your request from being processed correctly. It is recommended that you change the network setting or emailaddress and try to contact again. In addition, for all registration codes within the validity period, we provide a reset service for the number of times of use, so that users can use our software again when changing computers or reinstalling systems. In this case, according to the emailaddress you contact us in 2021, wo put your order 255xxx99 into our code reset process. You can try to active this code in 3~5 hours later. Thanks.

Thumbs up to the Videosolo Bluray Suite
The videosolo bluray suite has an intuitive interface and works quickly and adapts to new hardware effectively. I added a higher end graphics card which speeded up processes considerably.

The software provides error free and continuous screen recording. It is extremely useful in recording zoom meeting, online teaching etc so that we can review the recording whenever we are free.
