Vida made getting back into the dating scene after a long-term relationship exponentially easier! My matchmaker, Nordika, was extremely kind and understanding and really helped me narrow down what I was looking for. We tried various strategies that she brought to the table, and I finally ended up meeting someone I really like. I honestly don't think this would have been possible without Vida and I highly recommend them to anyone who is very busy and somewhat picky like I am.

Working with VIDA Select/ Francesca Wright - my relationship coach and Matchmaker - was a delightful experience. Francesca is always encouraging and offering positive perspectives. I told Francesca that she was an instrument in God's hands, that she was helping me to "ask, seek, and knock" for MY PERSON. AND I FOUND HER. If you are considering using VIDA realize that they are working around the clock to bring you home to THAT PERSON that will meet your needs. My new girlfriend-LTR suggested that this service deserved a BONUS because she noticed that (seemingly) my profile never slept! Funny. The process is easy. They walk you through it with Zooms, texts and personal phone calls. They are very proactive- setting up sessions to coordinate on a regular basis to tweak what is happening. Like the GPS, you can't take a wrong turn! It just redirects and keeps going. If I sound excited, I am. I really thought that the likelihood of matching me would be pretty tough, but in fact, I met a person that was my exact compliment which rocks my world, since my type only accounts for 1.8% of the population. As an Engineer I have trouble striking up that first conversation, which is the real beauty of this service: they open that door for you. I cannot provide a higher recommendation for VIDA Select and Francesca and her team. The process starts out slow, then picks up, so keep that in mind. But for me, from beginning to end it was only a little over 3 months. Thank YOU so much!

I've used them twice. The first time, within 6 weeks I was dating 3 PhDs. I've been with one of them for almost 5 years now. Both times I've used Vida the people and results have been great, especially my matchmaker Nordika, who was such a help and made it so fun!

Although my initial experience with VIDA was less than desirable, I want to share how impressed I’ve been with how the company handled it. When I voiced my concerns, Rosalia reached out to me immediately. She explained that my original matchmaker was new in her role and that there were very limited suitable matches available at that time. Most importantly, she took full ownership of the situation and went above and beyond to make things right. Rosalia’s professionalism, compassion, and genuine commitment completely restored my trust in VIDA. She exemplifies what excellent customer service should look like. I now feel confident recommending VIDA to anyone seeking a professional matchmaking company with a truly customer-focused culture. ……….. I signed up for Vida Matchmaking 2 weeks ago. While my matchmaker didn’t make any recommendations to enhance my profile—which I was fine with—my first match was quite surprising and disappointing. He was 23 years older than me, even though I clearly indicated a preferred age range of seven years above or below my age. He also follows a religious belief system very different from mine, which made me question whether my preferences were fully considered. I reached out to my matchmaker to share these concerns, and although she promised to call me back, I haven’t heard back yet. This lack of follow-up has been frustrating, as I expected a more personalized and attentive experience. I’m currently considering canceling the service, but I may give it one more chance given some of the positive reviews I’ve read. I’m still hopeful that Vida can provide a more thoughtful and tailored approach moving forward.
