The company is still personable but I found there were times when things were a little disjointed and choppy. For example, it was up to the last two hours before I was to have been scheduled for a date when Vida was still trying to get a hold of my date to determine where he wanted to meet for dinner. I wanted to plan, knowing that I may have to leave earlier depending on how far away the date was...and was still trying to get ready and accommodate the drive time there.

Melissa was assigned as my matchmaker for the process. Her and the team were quite kind, efficient, and professional in their interactions. There is good value for the price considering the long initial intake call, questionnaires, visual identity, and development of icebreakers and new profiles. Melissa took sufficient time getting to know me and I was most quite impressed and pleased by the prompts/bios written for my profiles. They were spot on and clearly articulated who I am and what I was looking for in a very compelling way. My photos were enhanced which was a nice improvement. I became more confident throughout the process and I feel more comfortable with how I am presented on the dating apps now. Although I haven't found the one, the service improved the response rate and increased the duration and quality of my conversations. Melissa and team were thoughtful and strategic in their interactions but at the end of the day, the match needs to be reciprocal and many matches would "ghost" or I would learn more about them and realize they are not the one for me. I gave 4 stars because although the service is excellent; this does not guarantee quality matches or finding the one. VIDA can only do so much! Navigating the dating apps has become a frustrating job since they are rigged with algorithms. With VIDA's guidance and knowledge, it helped with getting me noticed and seeing better results. I would highly recommend considering the service for anyone who may feel at a loss with the dating apps because you will definitely gain something positive from this experience.

I was a customer of VIDA for 5 month. At first I was with a matchmaker who hasn't worked out for me but than switched to matchmaker Nordika. She was really attentive, always had the time to listen to me and gave very useful advice. I had a very positive experience with her. Also, I find that the writer did a good job at representing me, and writing things similar to what I could have written but in a way that it gets dates. Overall, it's a good service and definitally worth a shot for people who are struggling to get real life dates through the dating apps or just don't have the time to spend hours on the apps typing messages.

I'm giving a 4-star rating only because of the rocky start I've had with VIDA as a company. It has turned around now, but initially I had 3 different managers in a few weeks, getting my profiles online too much longer than it should have, and the photographer shoot setup was not handled well -- all of which caused much more delay than I expected or thought I was paying for. That said, now to the good part... my manager now, Jessica Bailey, gets 5 stars all the way. She has turned around my initial bad experience. She's very good at what VIDA offers, and she is a personal and professional delight. Hard working, caring and dedicated to me as a client and to her work. I feel like she is as much invested in this endeavor as I am! She is astute at all facets of "project management" -- scope, schedule, budget. And yet she still manages to make me feel like I'm not just a client. Her delight when things go well with a match is genuine and much appreciated. I'm just at the start of my dating journey (after 50 years!!) but I couldn't ask for a better partner in my personal manager and the resources VIDA offers for its clients. It took a bit, but I'm very satisfied with VIDA now.

I enjoyed working with both Barbara, Busi and the team with the process, but had hoped for better and more matches sooner. Barbara and Busi were very responsive and available which I appreciated. I think expectations regarding the services and matches could be addressed more. It could all be about the timing, but sadly there were not many quality matches within my criteria. I am still hopeful and appreciate the profile set up and ideas for ice breakers!

The staff are very professional and easy to talk to. My match consultant Lorraine is amazing. She has the perfect quality and attitude to be a match Consultant. She's very soft spoken, caring and comes across as a sincere person. She makes you comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. Rosalia as well as the supervisor is very level headed and professional. Overall I'm satisfied with the professionalism and attitude of the staff that handled my short journey in finding that so called soulmate.

The professionalism of the company itself is great and too notch. My contact point, Celia, for example was very responsive and attentive. However in the 4 months that I used the service I only got a few low quality matches.
