What a wonderful service I found in ViDA. It does take a few weeks to set up and get going, but Simmy, my matchmaker, made it easy! She was professional n all communications during setup and in the online communications, as well as being a lovely human being. I was hesitant to try VIDA because I had a bad experience with a similar service, but VIDA went above and beyond what I expected. Their staff is respectful and hyper responsive, they listened to my feedback and adjusted their service accordingly, and they were kind and friendly. My direct Matchmaker (Nordika) was basically my best friend. Something to be aware of is that it does take about a month to build momentum with this service before results start happening. At first, I was underwhelmed by how many dates I was going on, but I two months in I ended up having to tell my Matchmaker to stop actively looking for new dates because I was going on more than I felt comfortable with.
