Was skeptical of On Line Dating but no longer
VIDA was able to create a flexible work plan with me. We agreed on the objectives and the amount of work. They build me a great profile and assisted in monitoring my accounts. They produced the 3 really great dates for me. My account rep, Francesca, was particularly easy to work with. I was skeptical of On Line dating, but now I am seeing a wonderful woman.

Vida Review
The staff at Vida were so wonderful—especially my matchmaker Nordika, who was helpful, thoughtful, empathetic, and super responsive. They helped me reshape my profile, put a lot of work into conversing with the various matches, and helped me set up some nice dates. And Although I did not meet a match this time around, would definitely try again in the future.

I never considered going on dating…
I never considered going on dating sites as I was only interested in a long term relationship. Thanks to Vida and Nordika, I met Linda who I am hoping will be a long term relationship.

Nordika and her team were AMAZING
Nordika and her team were AMAZING! I was skeptical at first, but then I spoke on the phone with Nordika and she showed complassion, encouragement and treated me like a friend/sister throughout the 2 months. It takes promptness to help VIDA communicate with the matches. Don't Delay! Although, I never got to the stage of an actual date, but I do not regret it. It was fun and energizing!

It takes time -
I had no ‘expectations’ per se, but the service I got from Nordika and her team was only as good as the time I was able to put into the process, which, varies from week to week - currently. And given the 100’s of Dating sites out there each with a myriad of navigational tools— it’s easy to get to overwhelm, just back off … But I always found her team supportive and worked hard to offer me the best possible matches — based on my profile inputs. There’s no shortcut to a successful Match and Date - ANYWHERE, and Nordika was certainly ’positive’ + encouraging to stay true and in tune with my goals for a successful partnership + relationship.

Nordika and her team were great
Nordika and her team were great! You can tell they had put the effort in to find a match for me. The only reason I am giving 4 stars, is the when I signed up for it, I thought they had their own database of men looking for relationships. I didn't realize I was going to be signing up for dating apps to find someone. Either way, I got a lot of useful information from them on what to stay away from and look for.

Database vs. Dating Service.
So my first review was very negative due to my understanding of the services vs. the actual service I purchased. Once I made a complaint I was immediately contacted by Rosalia, the Client Success Manager. She explained the process, and we cleared up where the disconnect had happened. I felt as if she understood my issue and was there to not only resolve it, but to assure the miscommunication didn't happen again. We resolved the issue to everyone's satisfaction.

For any prospective clients reading this, to clarify Ms. Graffam had purchased a membership in our database. This is a comprehensive package for just a few hundred dollars, which includes a video interview, one proactive search for potential matches within our pool, the creation of a detailed internal profile, and lifetime inclusion in our matchmaking database as a preferred match. It's crucial to understand that our database membership differs significantly from our full-service matchmaking packages, in which we take a much more proactive approach to sourcing matches and sending our clients out on dates. Terrific process! Thank you
The Vida process was terrific and made working my way through dating apps so much easier. While I haven’t met my mate, the way Vida builds profiles and then manages them has made my life so much easier. It reduces all the noise and frustration with the dating apps. I also learned from them how to approach these apps so that I feel more comfortable doing this on my own. That said, I would definitely use them again.
