Hey my name is Martez, I found a hood online for my car. So I called Vicrez & a Lovely intelligent very patient representative by the name of Ms. Lysette guided me to a better deal! She even help with other additional parts for my car! Answer all my questions even did extra research for my car just to make sure I ordered the right parts. Best experience ordering online!

Vicrez stands behind their products. There was an issue with my bumper that was likely damaged during shipping. Katherine at Vicrez did everything possible to make things right and worked diligently with me. They respond very quickly to questions or concerns I had before, during and after placing my online order. I can honestly say that the team at Vicrez cares about their customers and with courteous and professional level employees like Katherine I will likely be ordering from them again.

I chose Vicrez over IkonMotor and other companies because of the window louver design and quality. Overall, I'm satisfied with the look of the window louver on the car. Vicrez customer support is good and very responsive. I would shop from them again for other car products.

I just purchased Front and side splitters as well as a rear difusser from Vicrez but UPS lost the front splitter... Customer service was awesome keeping me in the loop of the investigation and actually sent me a replacement while UPS figures out where original went. Products look great and prices match the quality

First time ordering from them, I ordered a bumper from Vicrez zr1 conversion for c7. Amazing quality. Took a bit longer because of the pandemic but customer service has been amazing, stayed with me thru the whole time. 100% recommend

Bought a wicker bill that was ok and a rear diffuser that was complete junk I was missing parts and the material wasnt what was described on their website. They also screen out all their bad reviews on their website which shows how unethical they are. Finally you can find most of what they offer on Ebay for much cheaper. If you are spending thousands make sure you use a credit card in case their is a dispute because they will not fix the problem or refund.

I bought the side splitters and they also offered winglets for them. What is unique is that you can pick the ones you want to add to the splitters. How awesome is that?
