I ordered a party dress for my granddaughter in June,2025.Non dress and no refund.I have read lots of reviews about the same thing that was m going through right now.I know by now that I will not be getting my money back.You guys really need to help people like me and fix this mess.Start a new site and tell women and young girls how to get one of your dresses without losing our money. It was to late only thing my bank could do for me was change my card,so that took 7days😵💫.Now how will I get a refund sense my card number has changed??

You can complain to your bank that the transaction was not approved. The bank is responsible for recovering the money for you. We don't know where you got to this website from. We suggest that you contact the social account you use, or other platforms, and contact customer service to see if you can complain about this website and return your payment. Hope these work I'm very sorry that they copied the same website a lot, and we can only find one to complain about. You should leave a bad review on their site, not us Thank you!
