Totally in accordance with expectations, even better. The fabric is super soft, the quality is impeccable, highly recommended! The delivery was a bit slower than expected, but the customer service (Julia!) is perfect, quick and helpful.

I am very satisfied with the sofa I purchased. The quality is great, but what really impressed me was the customer experience. We ran into a few issues with the transport, but the support team responded immediately. They were incredibly understanding and solved the problem right away. It’s rare to get such a fast and helpful response—I really felt heard as a customer. Highly recommended!

Je rêvais d’un Togo depuis tellement longtemps ! Je l’ai ! Énormément de site propose aujourd’hui des modèles Togo mais beaucoup sont des arnaques ou de très mauvaise manufacture. VibeHaus ne se cache pas de faire une copie mais avec là vraie conception du vrai modèle Togo. Et ça change tout. Assise dure et livraison sans compression. Model improbable ! Et la couleur 🤩 Aussi je tiens à à souligner la qualité du service client par whatsapp ! Une question, et vous avez la réponse en moins de 12h. Merci Julia pour ton suivi et ta gentillesse ! C’est rare ! La livraison a tenue ses promesses, 5/6 semaines. N’allez pas chercher un fauteuil du style Togo moins cher il ne sera pas d’aussi bonne qualité que celui de VibeHaus

I bought the Bella lamp and it’s georgeous. Beautiful quality and design - very quick delivery and included the light bulbs which was an extra bonus. Will definitely purchase more from vibehaus.
