I had a great experience with VibeHaus. My armchair took longer than expected to arrive, so naturally I was a little worried. I contacted their customer support, and Jacky was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She always replied promptly, kept me informed, and arranged an investigation with the shipping carrier until the package was located. In the end, the armchair arrived safely, and I couldn't be happier with it. The quality is excellent, it's beautiful, and it looks even better in person than I expected. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Delays can happen with international shipping, but having someone who genuinely follows up and keeps you updated makes all the difference. Thank you, Jacky, and the whole VibeHaus team. I would definitely recommend VibeHaus and would happily buy from them again.

We were a little nervous getting a replica sofa (as we’ve been burned before by scam furniture websites) but couldn't be happier with our purchase. Julia has been excellent at communication throughout the whole experience and answered all our questions putting our minds at ease. The website is clear that some products are manufactured in China, which made us a bit apprehensive but we are really happy with the quality and look for the price. It arrived more quickly than we anticipated and it's also very comfortable to sit on which is the cherry on top! We look forward to our next Vibehaus purchase 🥰
