The technicion was very helpfu. The internet is very slow. as slow qs Hughes net, if not slower.

Reliable service, pretty good internet for satellite. Cost was a little expensive.

i don't understand why I pay top dollar for mediocre service. And you want me to pay more for good service. Why not treat me like a valued customer and give me good service to begin with. you are treating me like a cash cow. I'm a senior on fixed income. i can't stream or watch movies without paying you $10 - $39 dollars more. not in my budget.

Viasat is good about answering the phone. Customer service agents are always polite. Wish more of them worked in the US. Most times when I call, the speaker has a foreign accent. That said, they speak English well. However, if I'm calling in the US, I want to talk to someone who lives here regardless of what time I'm calling. The automated system usually lets callers know when there is an outage in their area. I've had their service for years and hope they never merge again with another, bigger company. One downside to ViaSat is that to incorporate their newer plans and features customers have to upgrade their existing equipment. My understanding is that this process may involve additional fees.

Since we have gone to the more expensive package we have been disappointed in your service. Too many slow times and interruptions of service for what we are paying.

Your service is poor, slow speeds, connectivity is not stable, and overpriced
