Very slow/no service All the time. keep purchasing more boost and it does no good.

Data Plan gets used up in 20 minutes of new cycle in a home that is not being used. Data plan was sufficient for 4 years now its used up immediately with nothing changed in home. I would think Viasat could help me figure out what is eating up my data.

Waaay too expensive for the amount of data you get: Unreliable connection, slow and the dish has to be adjusted too often. Greedy and miserly company- we call Viasat "The Rock." Finally, I had another option in my area (not so rural) and I went with it. It's like getting out of data prison. Awful. Horrible.

We have had Viasat as our internet and wifi provider for 14 years. We live out in the country so the dish was our best options. They have steadily improved greatly and we seldom have a problem any more. You are using a dish so major storms it goes out but once over comes right back. Plus we just unplug the modem and plug it back in and it starts right up. I am happy with them. Plus customer service has always been excellent.

Would have been a five star except that when I had a modem replaced, my old account got canceled and a new one got set up, which caused a lot of hassle Somehow, you guys think I defaulted on the first account
