The board itself is fantastic. Tons of power, incredible range and tons of fun. Their customer support is fantastic too. I regularly get responses the same day I contact them and they're very transparent and easy to deal with. They're also very prompt on sending parts as needed and they even gave me a free helmet when I forgot to apply a discount promo code. 10/10

For everyone that is hesitant on order your board from VEYMAX I’m here to tell you DON’T! Veymax is extremely professional and care deeply about their customers. I had my Merlin for roughly 7 months and it’s amazing. One of my parts went out of service and let me just say Customer Service was efficient and responded quicker than a rabbit could run. They were able to send me the parts to fix my board completely covered under warranty since I was still within the 9 months. As soon as I sent in the video they reached out to me with the parts that I would be receiving to get my board running and on top of that went out of their way to pay close attention to the video then noticed my tires were also worn out and sent me a coupon to go towards my next order for a new set.
