Ordered it Aug 8th, received tracking number a week later, took exactly as promised to deliver. Sea shipping 55 days, the customer service Nancy was amazing, quick response as well. Received my Veymax monster neo on October 16th.

Contact with the company was fast and precise... I like to order to Veymax because I can talk with the team about the equipment and shipment.

I ordered the Mini 2 with 105mm Jelly wheels and expected it to come with those wheels installed. When they arrived in two separate boxes, I was happy at first because I could swap the wheel set and save the 90mm set for future use. Removing the 90mm wheels was a pain! It was very difficult because the Allen screws were extremely tight and the Allen tool was very small. Now, two of the Allen screws are stripped. I am ordering an extractor bit kit to remove them. This has been a very bad experience on the first day.

I had a maintenance issue, where a rock had got caught and misaligned a motor (I think?), contacted support, they asked for a video of the motor, I sent it, they determined exactly what I needed. Just 2 messages and it was all settled.
