Je fait 77kg sur piste cyclable 40km en vitesse 2 permanente avec roue confort 105mm (génial) en utilisation urbaine 14km en vitesse 3 😁 je suis resté a 4 sur 4 bar (sur la télécommande) quelque reglage a faire (serrage des trucks selon utilisation) la merlin c'est une tuerie !!!! Took my money and disappeared I purchased an electric skateboard that turned out to be too heavy for me to use. Simple enough return request, right? Wrong. It took nearly two weeks of back-and-forth emails just to get a return approved. I then had to chase them down for a shipping label when the courier showed up and the pickup code they gave me didn't even work. I shipped the board back. It was delivered and signed for on May 26. That was over two weeks ago. Since then — complete silence. No refund. No updates. Their inbox is now literally bouncing emails because it's full. Their phone number doesn't take calls. $251.94 just gone. I have every email, every tracking number, proof of delivery, and a signed confirmation — and I still can't get my money back or even a response. This company will smile at you until they have your money, then vanish. Do not buy from Veymax unless you are 100% certain you will never need to return anything or deal with customer service. Because when something goes wrong, you are completely on your own.

It took about a week and a half from the time I ordered it. The 2-5 days delivery seems to only apply once the order is processed and ships out. I just received my board today (Mini 2s) and this thing SLAPS! I have experience on street boards, but this thing is on a whole other level. I highly recommend keeping the setting on 1 until you get a feel for it, or it may buck you off immediately. I learned this the hard way haha. I worked my way up to setting 3 and weighing at 170lbs+ it still has so much torque I need to basically squat to keep myself steady. Thank you Veymax for not disappointing!

In short: -Lack of commucations via email and WhatsApp -Still waiting on package -Confusion delivery/shipping policy - For mini monster neo(Eu delivery), says delivery after November 15th, but in shipping policy says 2 to 5 days In long: So far im still receiving the package and finally got the tracking code, I'd give less for customer service due to bare minimum communication, I had emailed 3 times and tried to contacted via WhatsApp with no response. The website said that the Mini monster neo (board im waiting on) will deliver after 15 of November(for EU), but says in the shipping policy it will deliver, so I connected on Friday 5th of June and still have no response but received today 9th that it will arrive on 12th, but I order on the 4th. So far im not amazed by service due to the worry since I do need the board for travel for work and back due to old board having almost 900km+ and being 5 years old and slow. I personally wanted an upgrade and need it soon. If there was atleast communication of receiving the message and saying that they will respond at a later time due to too many email that would of been amazing, but I had worried for a while until today if the package would come in November or in 5 day.

Got the board quickly. Surprised by the quality. It's much better than I expected considering the price. I have about 20 electric skateboards and I bought this one on a whim because the price was so low and I was curious. It punches way above its weight Tell you that much. The only problem is that the charging port cover is very loose. Everything else is perfect. Loose charging port cover can be problematic if water gets in. I'll contact them maybe they have a replacement or something. I bought the mini. It reminds me of the boosted mini but instead of belt drive its hub drive... and I prefer hub drive. It's a little bit on the heavy side just like the boosted mini. But I state again, for what you're getting it's a very good deal. I can't find another quality board that comes close to this price, this board is made quite nicely ( except for charging port cover ) Tynee makes a nice low cost board..... But not at the price point I got this at $300 with promo code. That's really insane. I wanted a mini board because I left my Exway wave in North Carolina while visiting. I love the wave for it's light weight.... But costs so much more. Almost double.

Very bad customer service and illegal terms of conditions in the EU. If you experience any trouble with your purchase don't expect any reply when contacting customer service about it. And if you for any reason wish to refund your purchase an illegal (in the EU) "processing" fee of 6% will be added. Please report this illegal practice to the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net) and/or your national consumer protection authority.

The board came quickly and is incredibly responsive and it certainly does go up to 30mph. Im 165 pounds. This is a great board, very good quality
