This company has made mistake after mistake. It asked me to write this review after i ordered an esc for my roadster x4 that stopped working after 200 miles. Their customer service agent said i should buy a new motor to fix the problem so i paid out of pocket and ordered one through their website. When i ordered the hub motor they sent the wrong one, it would not work at all. So then they resent the correct hub motor. It didn’t work. I ended up diagnosing the problem myself after doing a ton of research and that’s how I realized it was not the motor, it was the esc that was faulty. I ordered the new esc and was offered 50% off the new part but charged $15 extra for shipping. The original customer service agent also called me out of name several times even when i politely corrected them. Overall it’s been a very poor experience with Veymax. I wish i had not ordered the board at this point. I keep hoping the company will make things right but they don’t. Its really sad too considering i live in Los Angeles and skate in Venice all the time on it. I get asked regularly about my skateboard because i absolutely shred on it. I could have been a great ambassador for the company if they had just had decent customer service.

Delivery was fast and on time for me to repair my board.

Produit bien protégé, montage/finition soignés, et premiers runs très positifs : accélération franche, roues confortables, tenue de route au top. Le code promo a bien été appliqué, le SAV est joignable, et la communication est claire. Rapport qualité/prix excellent pour un belt drive. Je recommande.

Orderd a remote a month ago. No communication, no tracking no remote.

I bought the veymax merlin last year. It took 54 days to arrive to Canada which was not mentioned before purchasing. The turn around to actually get them to ship the item was over 7 days. So I mentioned that and they said they will include tail lights for free. The board finally arrives and they took the charger out to make room for the headlights. I go back to them and they send me a charger at no cost to me. By then the season is over and it's too cold to ride. This year I start getting the board out and in under 100km I've went through four belts on top of that. The wires are routed so the wheels rubbed through the insulation prompting me to use electrical tape to patch it. Then the esc controller case completely snapped on it which brings me to this purchase. All of these issues and the motors aren't even broken in yet I contacted customer service and was ghosted is I could do it over I would stay away from this company. Overall quality is garbage and no sense of recourse to get my money back. I intend on fixing it then taking a loss to get some of my money back

My electric skateboard is nice! One of the best things I've ever bought.

Can't recommend. One of motor's sized after one week. No response from support. I ordered replace motor from them, no info about shipment after over 1 week despite 1-3 day shipping claim. Again no support response
