VetRxDirect Pet PharmacyReviews of vetrxdirect.com

I've used VetRxDirect for several years. Their web siite is easy to navigate and my orders have always been processed and sent quickly and correctly. To my way of thinking, this makes VetRxDirect perfect!

Somewhere along the line my package was lost in the mail. I waited a week before writing to VetRx - They emailed me back faster than I thought they would to explain what happened. By then one of my products was out of stock. They offered to send the rest out right away and the other product when it came in. I told them no sense in wasting money on shipping, just to wait. They sent out the package anyway and I got it faster then expected. All e-mails from them were sent superspeed and I will continue to buy from them. This was my first purchase from them and wont be the last. I will also recommend them to other people I know from now on.

First time experience was great. Able to get three pheromone collars for our cat for the price of two at our vet! Quick service with a personal thank you plus a treat for our cat, which she loved and I will include with our next order!

Ordering was easy. I don't have the time to run to the vet or the pet supply store to pick up many of the items I need. VetRx had the products the Doctor suggested I use and at a cheaper price. I was able to order the products online anytime, and they are delivered within a few days, or if necessary can be mailed overnight.

I am very satisfied with my purchase and transaction with this company. I recommend purchasing OcuGLO from them!

Love the personally signed postcard and dog treat with order!

We love our animals, our pets, our family. They give us so much happiness so we must take the best care of them that we can and VetRxDirect is helping do so. My Duncan needs his medication and I am pleased to have found a reliable source which responds expediently with cost-efficiency. Good customer service and I look forward to a continued long relationship.

As always, vet rx direct provides trouble free, prompt, courteous service at a good price.
