Customer, VetRxDirect is open Monday-Friday from 9-5. Any order that is placed outside of this time will be processed the next business day, however orders do take 1-2 days to process and they are processed in the order they are received. If you need an item quicker than the standard 5-8 business days, we do offer expedited shipping or you can shop around at local pharmacies. We appreciate your feedback! Thank you, VetRxDirect

Judith, You are correct, we do not usually call your vet for refills unless there is a different quantity or a different strength requested. It looks like you ordered after Labor Day. We are not open on the weekends and due to the long holiday weekend we had more orders than normal and they are processed in the order they are received. It is possible we were trying to catch up so orders around that time did take a little longer than normal. We are sorry you were disappointed with your experience this time and hope your experiences with VetRxDirect from now on will be more enjoyable for you. Thank you, VetRxDirect

Kathy, We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience with VetRxDirect. It looks like you have since received your order. We have to obtain authorization from veterinarians on prescription items per federal law. Therefore we cannot ship anything out until the vet has replied back to our fax that we send them. If they do not respond right away, that can delay the order. We try to communicate with each customer if there is a delay in the order. We appreciate your feedback! Thank you, VetRxDirect
