I still do not know where my package is. I never received a Shipping Confirmation. I got an order submitted. Are you real? My CC has been charged and nothing shipped. Then I get this stupid email wanting my opinion. Well you got it. I am calling Amex to complain about your company.

It took over 2 weeks for my order to get to me after my vet sent the RX to VetRXDirect. I had to make 3 phone calls to get my order shipped. This was for a medication for my pet's asthma which we need routinely. I was not pleased with this service.

I have ordered 3 times from this site but will never do it again! They do not deliver in the time they promise! I have always had a PO Box but I got a call today that said FedX had my order but did not deliver to PO Boxes! Would have been nice if they had told me that they could not deliver my order to my PO Box when I ordered. I had always had my orders sent to a p o box! I had to go to extra trouble to pick up my order instead of it being delivered to me! There are many sites that have the same products and they are much more reliable and honest!

My order tracking said it was delivered but it wasnt and customer service did not respond to my email about the missing package.

"Never received order. Even after a confirmation that it had been sent to the "shipping department". I called and got a run around story that they had been trying to get the medicine (that was back ordered). Terrible Customer Service. I was told the person I was speaking to was the Manager and only person I could speak to (She said she was the in charge). Well, Nicole, Honey let me tell you , you might want to go back to that Customer Service Seminar you slept through... Snippy tone and could care less that I was now in a situation where I had to wait for the refund to place another order to get my dog the pills he needs. I would stay away from this company and I will tell everyone I know (including current customers) about my bad experience. Word of mouth is still a powerful tool."

Although everyone who answers the phone is competent and uses your systems well the actual delivery of the medication is now my problem. When I called again, after being told the Metacam would be delivered no later than yesterday, I was informed that I had to check with the Post Office and put in a claim. I have been using your service for over a year and this is the first time the delivery is now my problem.

I received the wrong merchandise.
