The item ordered was just as the description indicated and it arrived even faster than I thought it would. Which is a good thing, since my cat needed it right away.

The web page was deceptive. To show a bottle of pills as the image and then in small print write "sold per pill" is not the best idea

Same as I said above. The product is the same no matter where I purchase it. Bottom line was total price (price plus s/h).

The only problem I ran into was that VetRXDirect was not proactive enough to get my vet to send them the prescription. I ended up calling the vet, and they sent it out to VetRxDirect right away.

Very easy to order what i needed for my dog, didn't have to spend too much to qualify for free delivery. that's a big plus.

Pricing of our prescription was better than their competition. Customer service was good and shipping was timely.

My only complaint is that I would have liked to have received more detailed information about when exactly my vet was faxed, when the product shipped, and expected arrival date. The process was very quick and easy though, and I got my meds within a few days at a fraction of a price the vet was asking. I will definitely be using VetRxDirect again

I tried 4 times to order online. Got to the paying part and your website locked up everytime. Finally I called and placed my order. Used the same card, same numbers, same address, same email address. The person I spoke with helped me create an account and placed my order, she was very nice. You may be loosing orders with people going somewhere else when they can't place an order online.
