I think your organization provides a great service, but is lacking in the approval of perscriptions. As for many, our pets are our life and part of the family. I generally hope these medications will show up in a timely manner and am concered at how long it takes to get approvals. I want to order regularly from you, but unsure at this point if you are reliable.

I felt I was getting a good price for the items I ordered. My vet said she had sent the prescription the day after I ordered. I kept waiting for an email that my order had shipped. I had ordered in plenty of time to receive my order by the time it would be needed. I had to find somewhere local to get what I needed. I have canceled my order. The prices seemed very good, but the order process was too slow. Thanks.

I work long hours, and do lots of shopping online on the weekends. I am used to shopping on many websites. I think VetRXDirect site, while cute to look at, is very touchy and difficult to use, especially while ordering multiple items for multiple dogs. I have also found things I normally order out of stock, while lots of stock exists at the competitors. I think the pricing is better than the others, but it doesn't help me if there is no stock. Also, most other comapnies will honor the competitor's price if they can verify it. The folks who work there are very nice, and have helped me when I have struggled to work with their website. Nutshell: Prices are good, and people are nice. Website is difficult, and stock conditions are sporadic.

One and a half weeks since beginning and it seems to be working. The dog absolutely hates the taste, so we're trying all sorts of ways to get it into him. Could possibly change my rating when more time has lapsed.

I am not sure if or why but the product did not appear to work well. It did not show as expired but I am not happy w the result. I have contacted the manufacturer as well.

I order the same item every month and most months, the order is filled within two days. This past time the order was not filled for five work days and then with the holiday weekend, we ran out of the medication before it was delivered in the mail. It is hard to judge when to order the medication when some months it only takes a couple days, and others a week.

While the prices and customer service were good, there was a lack of communication on the important matter of shipping the actual medication. When someone is paying over $11 a pill, it is extremely important to communicate that the packages will be shipped in seperate orders. I did not receive a separate shipping codes to track 2 different packages or separate invoices. It was worrisome to think one would not check the package to make sure everything was included or that if I were to question the missing medication that it may or may not have been received well by the company. I was a little shocked to say the least when I was missing my expensive medication. It was sent out the next day but I was disappointed with the lack of communication.

You did not honor my cupon from the internet when I ordered my dog's prescription.
