VetRxDirect Pet PharmacyReviews of vetrxdirect.com

Horrible would not order again got run around never sent product but charged my credit card, now i have to wait to get refund, absolutly nonsense

It will take over 2 WEEKS to receive your pharmaceutical items. Do you trust your purchase to be in transit that long? VetRXDirect ships UPS but then requests the order to then be delivered by the USPS when it arrives at the final destination city. I live in San Francisco so it isn't like I am in the outskirts of Alaska. If they can't ship from Iowa to San Francisco efficiently, then how do they handle and store their products you need for your pets? How can they be trusted? They should be VetRxINdirect.

My belove pet passed away on April 5, 2014 and I had ordered him some medician from thes peple. On the same day that he passed I notifyed them but no one never called me back I called them and left 3 message on 3 diffrent occassions still no call.finally on April 9, 2014 I receive a call tel me that I had to still pay for the medicine and that it went out on April 4, 2014.I will never do any type of business with thes people every again on life. Thanls A vety upset clent

I used VetRx for the first time. They told me I would receive my order this last Tuesday. It's Thursday and I've still not received it. I called and spoke to a rude rep and then Erica a supervisor that explained that they use UPS and transfer to US mail...I received this survey and I still haven't received my order. 11 days now. So if you use this company don't be in a hurry. I asked if I could return the order since I had to buy at the vet anyway since this took so long. Erica explained that the drugs cannot be returned and thats the law and I understand that but the other items I purchased could be returned for a 10 % restocking fee. My advice is check with your vet. My vets price for the prescription drugs was cheeper than VerRX. Plus they don't do what they say.

I ordered two boxes of Preventic tick collars and my credit card was charged for them. Several days later, they write me to tell me they cannot fulfill the order, as their inventory is soon to be expired stock. I am STILL waiting for a refund. Very unhappy with service and response!

When I placed my order on 4/3, I upped the delivery option to expedited shipping (3-5 business days). Yesterday was the 5th business day and the items ordered still have not been delivered. It was not a large order, but I expected much better service in the delivery of these items. If my cat likes these items and lives long enough that I need more, I will order through Amazon, which has a much better record of speedy delivery.

I will review when the order is complete. Ordered on March 24. Today is April 3. As I recall I paid for 3 to 5 day delivery..

Ordered 10 days ago. Called them because item had not shipped. Said they were out of stock but would overnight it . Now finally on its way 2 day shipping NOT OVERNIGHT. Won't order again Did not do as they said they would
