I've been ordering my "senior"s arthritis meds from VetRxDirect for several years now, they are always super fast and great about communicating when there is a problem or expired refill. The shipping is super fast, so I don't have to worry so much if I forget to reorder until I only have a few days of pills left.

I needed a prescription order processed and called for assistance. The person who answered was very helpful and courteous. The order was completed according to what I was told and I received my order in a timely manner. I have always liked how they hand write a "Thank You" postcard and add a treat for the animal(s) the listed on the order.

This is our second order of hypothyroid meds for our two goldens. The first time we ordered it took a little longer since they had to check with our vet for the prescriptions, but this time it took only a couple of days to receive their meds. Everything was perfect and the prescription was 100% correct. Only problem is the website is a little awkward when renewing a prescription for two dogs at the same time.
