saved some money
after the initial hassle of following up with my animal hospital, then calling rx vet to check order status, filling the prescription finally got underway. i recieved the proper scripts in a few days, i paid the same price as i would at the vet;'s but got twice the amount. so it was worth it, you just have to be ready to make some *check status* phone calls. securely packed and shipped fast.

Good product. Good prices.
I thought it was a great product for the price. Make double sure of your order re: dog's weight . If your vet does not catch your mistake, as in my case, you may be stuck with a years worth of product for a smaller or larger dog. The company wont take it back or any kind of refund.

Easy to find...pay...receive
I was able to find my product. Finding a coupon code was just as easy to find, so paying was an easy process. My box came earlier than I expected. I was a bit bothered by a couple statements on their page... Free Shipping - on a few locations there is an asterick for exceptions but on the order process page it just says... 'free shipping over $39.' No limitations but still i had to pay shipping $40 order before shipping charge. Low Price Guarentee - When I sent the lower price statement they stated they dont honor through that company. It wasnt that big of deal. It just doesnt make it clear what is/isn't accepted for shipping or price match. So if you accept the price shown in the site and expect to shipping (which isnt much depending on purchase). Overall... All is good and Im planning to order through them again.

All's well that ends well.
I had read that VetRxDirect could not combine orders for different pets, but the form ask me how many pets, & I stated 2, thinking it would kick me to pet registration or a notice restating orders must be separate. It didn't, but thru emails they took charge and it was straightened out. They did a good job keeping me informed . I am well satisfied.

Provides fast and efficiently qualitity pet products at lower prices than other online pet stores.
I would recommend VetRxDirect for pet care products because they offer a wide variety of brand name pet care products at reasonable prices. They complete an order very quickly.
