After so many phone call to my vet and emails from VETRXDirect I finally went to my Vet office and got the prescription to send to them, after that I sent by email with a scan the prescription and still had to mail it to them because they would not take a copy. All right! after that still got a phone call saying that was a discrepancy with my order. Took about 4weeks to get all this straight and finally received at home. Price was good but I am not sure I want to go thru all this again just because of 20 dollars difference. I rather pay more and get done and expect for something that always keep coming back with a problem.

When I spend the extra $$$ for 2 day delivery, and you IMMEDIATELY charge me for it, then sit on the order for THREE days before handing it off to the shipper, there is a PROBLEM. And then to try to beg off with a story about checking with my vet.....with NO communication to me to keep me posted of order progress tells me your people haven't the common sense of a flea. My pet's health is being compromised because you can't pick up the phone or send an e-mail telling me you AREN"T shipping the product the day you charge my card?................that is just nonsense!. I will NEVER buy from this company again, nor will I ever recommend them to ANYONE. I located a local source for the medication I needed...........was told it DOES NOT require a prescription, and got it the very same day...........so we have a major credibility issue building here.

I order Occu-Vu for my dogs and the order went through however I never received it or any correspondence from them in regard to it. I had to call them back to see why I hadn't received it and they said they needed to verify my address. In the meantime I am out of the medication which is very important for my pets. Incompetent! All they had to do is email and/or call me with any questions which they should not have had because the order was put through correctly.

Apparently these people can not function without the USPS computer system even though it is incorrect. I KNOW my address but, USPS computer system does not agree and these people are incapable of hand addressing a package.

I ordered Vetericyn VF hydrogel spray which per the company carries a shelf life of 18-24 months. What was shipped to me had a shelf life of 10 months. I called to see what the options were and was told I could have a replacement provided I sent the first bottle back, at my expense. I offered the solution of a reasonable store credit which was flatly denied. I won't be ordering from this lackluster company again and I have two dogs and buy a ton of stuff.

I placed my order and had changed vets. I updated my info with everything but the fax number which I did not know. (I assumed VerRxDirect could get this). Wrong! My order sat there with no correspondence from them. It took more than 1 call to get my order processed. Very disappointed as I have used them many times. Also, it seems like they would do something to keep me as a customer. Nothing!! I also used them because I could get my meds cheaper (otherwise why not get them at the vet!) Unable to find a coupon but I did get free shipping. I will be changing to another service that provides more perks than this online vet.

My dog is blind and deaf. Last month I had mailed in 3 Rx's for his eye medications with 4 refills on all and had a shipment sent. This month I ordered over the weekend as I new I was in need during the upcoming week of refills. I paid for overnight shipping $20 extra. I get an email that I dont have refills and my Vet will need to be contacted! I email back how is that possible as I have refills! I get a response the next day that he didn't look "far enough back" in the file to see that I did have refills. Unprofessional and uncaring after I fully explained everything. Except now He says they don't have 5mg in stock and since the refill is written for 5mg he can't send 10mg and charge me more - he says he has to contact my vet to authorize 10mg! Another day lost! And on top of everything my order gets sent out USPS regular mail! Received 5 days later. Terrible customer service! Seriously considering going to 1800PETMEDS starting with my next refill. impressed with the advertising but the product may be over promoted. I paid for steroid plus antibiotic and antifungal BUT the ingredients were hydrocortisone 1%. dOG IS DOING FINE BUT STILL WILL HAVE TO TAKE TO THE vet TO GET A CURE. lota money to pay for a produce hat i can get at Walmart for 5.00 or less.
