I was delighted to find an online vet pharmacy that had some of what I needed. My vet charges an incredible amount of money, as they are "exotic vets" so I was happy to find my item for $9 instead of $42. There was some issue with getting the prescription filled and it takes a long time...not the best combo if you need the prescription meds asap....which you usually do unless it is a recurring order, so there are some drawbacks to the online pharmacy but overall I am glad to know there is an option out there. I ordered a specific item for a sick animal so that made things more complicated. I also was ordering for a bird, not a cat or dog or horse.

Ordered Opti-immune for my poor little senior, I didn't receive the drops till almost 1.5weeks later. Then I open the package and see the tiny tube which was $40 bucks was practically filled with air and had a large puncture wound on the side of the tube. I called immediately to see if I could get another tube sent out, the representative was nice and to my knowledge had the replacement tube sent out within 24-48hrs. I will be able to send back the defected original. Thank you for the speedy rescue! My senior is on this med for life and is already blind in one eye, so planning to reorder with you guys (hopefully the remaining years of his life). Some coupons wouldn't hurt!!

The appearance of my compounded medicine changes from month to month so I don't think their quality control is up to snuff. With that said, my cat is still alive and my vet said it's working. So at the end of the day, I get what I need and the prices are very fair. Can't really complain.

I paid extra to express mail my Rx's to get them there quicker since Monday of that week was a holiday and I hadn't heard anything from them by WEDNESDAY and had to call to check..they hadn't even gone through the mail to get it process yet! The rep processed it right away and it arrived 3 days later. Note* if you're in a rush CALL and stay on top of them.

The original prescription order was by phone, now renewal by Internet. Package came in 3 days. So just a matter of not procrastinating the reorder.
