Really great customer service, fast shipping.
First of all, the price of heartguard plus is 30 plus percent less than at the vet's office. They work hard to resolve any and all issues with your order (prescription, address, etc.) Prompt and courteous service, fast shipping. I got my order the day following verification of the prescription. With cookies in the package for my dogs!

Excelent Service

Awesome freaky service!
My order was delayed because my vet would not email you the script. I had to send you the vet's prescription, once mailed my order was sent immediately. Good job. I have purchased other products in the passed and will continue future purchases. Thanks very much.

The best for my baby Boxer!
Thank you for your prompt and friendly service. My Baby Boxer (now more than 3 years old!) has Valley Fever, and will likely be on the fluconazole for life. That's sad, because it will probably shorten her lifespan. But we make the most of every day, and your great service and prompt attention to her needs for her medication will help keep her at her best. She is fun, athletic, and very smart! Thank you!

Easy to work with
They are very easy to work with. Delivery was very fast. The website is clear, usually have a discount, and is easy to use. First time entering prescription, and validation is a little bit more work, but subsequent refills are very easy. The compound that I got had a very good consistency for trans-dermal application behind the ear of my cat. The equivalent that I got from my local compounding pharmacy was much more liquid and harder to apply. I will order from them again and would recommend others to do so too.
