Reasonable price (compared to market) & they quickly contacted my vet (the next morning). I was a little surprised that it to took the small package about a week to reach me after my order was placed but I had prepared for that and ordered in advance. I think I'm probably used to Amazon's quick mail time so that was the only reason I was a little surprised (not sure this was VetRx Direct fault....USPS perhaps?). Will use them again (unless price increases).

VetRxDirect gave me and my Sophie girl (15 year old Bichon Frise) great service. Within 2 days of placing the order the meds were mailed and received. Also to my great pleasure Miss Sophie's meds were less than 1/2 the price quoted to me by her Vet. Now if you could get the cost of the overnight shipping a bit lower that would be great. However, I do understand that Vet RX has no control over FED EX. Still even with the overnight express fees and the cost of the meds the pricing was still very agreeable and much more manageable for me a senior on a fixed income. Thanks for all your help.

Very pleased with how fast we received our order. Also the product was packed nicely even thou it was just a small bottle of ear medicine. The unexpected dog treat was great and it wasn't just a store bought hard dog bone from a box. It looked to be homemade. My only complaint is that you add more than one dog treat....most dog owners have more than one dog. :-)

I love VetRxDirect! Once an initial order has been placed, refills are a sinch. They actually fax my vet for verification of the prescription. Very Pro-Active. They don't make me do all of the work.
