Rec'd the heartworm medicine but it seemed to take longer than usual. Finally arrived via USPS. Usually, when I order two packs of heartworm for two different sized dogs, Vet-RX puts 2 of the Honey oat treats in the box. This time there was only 1. Dogs are like kids - two sets of eyes are staring at me for one little treat that is hard as a rock and difficult to break in two. Ordering was easy and I appreciate the specials.

I had no problem with my order. Shipment came through sooner than expected.

The representatives kept in touch with me in regards to the status of my order. Example: pending approval from vet and once approved.

I have to order an expensive supplement from VetRxDirect on a monthly basis. They provide good discounts for new customers, but rarely offer anything to regular customers. It should probably be the other way around, don't you think? Even without discounts, their service is great, and I trust their products. Plus they offer this supplement that I have trouble finding elsewhere. Shipping is very fast, which is a huge plus.

I love that I can get such good product for your company for my dog Lassie because he has such a rear and sensitive skin, and it wasn't until I found this shampoo that I get from your company that his skin is now clear. I sincerely thank you .However I would like to mention that my last order I received the item was to big for the box because it had poked through the box, but the product was not damaged.

It was a good experience, just a bit slow in their shipping.

Good product line, just what I needed and have been buying for a few years. Even needed a prescription and they handled it. Just need to improve shipping. I was told my order was fulfilled and going to shipping on June 20. Did not receive order until June 29.
