Product was so dollars a bottle cheaper than vet but by the time I paid shipping price was the same.

Ordered the item over a week now. Still hasn't come. The tracking said it went east, not west. Someone is having a problem with their directions! Good thing it's not a product that is essential that my pets have to have it or they'll be ill! Not too happy with the shipping dept. We ordered online so can't rate the customer service people.

Allen, We apologize for the confusion with the shipping. All of the carriers have distribution centers that packages go through based on the region it is shipping from and where the package is going. Since we are experiencing extremely cold temperatures in the midwest, it could also be possible that packages have been rerouted due to the weather. It is up to the carrier what route packages take and where it goes so unfortunately we do not have control over that once it has left our facility. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your feedback. Thank you, VetRxDirect

I don't think the extra savings is worth the hassle and time. I will probably get future Meds directly from my Vet, or locally at PetSmart.

The package took forever to arrive. Turns out they had written the wrong apartment number on the mailing label. I checked back and made sure I gave them the correct address, and I did. This seems like a carless mistake in this day and age.

Would have preferred sealed bottle provided by Soloxin manufacturer, not loose.

Mr. Glick, Our medication is sold at a per tablet price not by the bottle. Just like at any retail pharmacy, the pills are counted and placed in a vial by a pharmacy technician and checked by a pharmacist before it leaves our facility. We apologize for any concern but we do not ship most medication out in the manufacturer bottles. Thank you, VetRxDirect

Mr. Townsend, We recommend placing orders online because it is a more accurate way of ordering. Customers can see everything on a screen versus over the phone and risking a mistake being made. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate the feedback. Thank you, VetRxDirect
Customer
The sign up process was a nightmare. They should have provided information up front that after I placed an order they were going to need to contact my vet first and have me answer a ton of questions about my pet's name, age, condition, etc before I could even place the order. They should have told me at the start what questions they were going to ask. The order form was confusing. So even after I answered a question and tried to put the order through, it bounced back as incomplete. You had to scroll down to see additional questions. In addition, I had two prescriptions to fill for one cat. But all the information needed to be put in twice before the order would go through. There are better, far easier form templates. I'd encourage them to hire a web person to incorporate one. In addition, after placing my order, getting my vet's ok, and getting a confirmation call from them, they informed me they did not carry a medication I had ordered. Did not carrry it !?! Why was it listed on their site with an order now button?! Finally, I paid for 2 day shipping, which I assumed meant 2 days after getting the actual prescription from my vet (which only took a few hours.) instead, it took a few days additional to process before the expidited shipping. So what was the point?

Customer, We are sorry for any confusion caused by the website. We try to make it easier for customers by putting an orange RX symbol by any of the medications that require a prescription from a veterinarian. If that symbol is by the name of the medication you are ordering, that indicates you will have to put in your veterinarian and pet's information. Any medication that is a compounded medication requires 1-2 days to make which is indicated on our website. The shipping time is the transit time which is also stated on our website. So for your 2 day shipping, that is 2 days from the time it has left our facility, not necessarily from the time of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your feedback. Thank you, VetRxDirect
