Meds have taken over a week to arrive! Meanwhile my cat is suffering...

Ordering was very easy and I received my dog's medicine on time. Unfortunately, my dog passed away unexpectedly due to emergency surgery the night before I received the delivery and they would not allow me to return the package which had not been opened.

I love this companies prices and their customer service was very helpful, it was just unfortunate that I had to contact customer service to find out my shipment was lost. I was never sent the tracking information or anything and finally a week later I called and they said they would expedite the shipping. That was yesterday and I still have not received any shipping confirmation. Staff is helpful, but I have yet to receive my first order that I placed over a week ago even though I paid extra for faster shipping.

The pricing and customer service are excellent, but they are on the slow side to process and ship orders.

This order should have been here by Mon. or Tues. Not satisfied.

Ordering was easy and I was very pleased with the quick response to my order. But, a tape was wrapped around the pump of the Oratene which caused the cap to twist open. So when I opened the box to see my purchases both Items were coated in Oratene which had leaked out of the bottle. Maybe 1/10 was lost, not much, but I did have to clean up.
