Ive ordered the wrong shipping options for items and they have contacted me in literally 3 minutes to tell me something things wont happen (air shipping inhalers, etc) . Everyone I have talked to is insane nice and they are very responsive AND the treats they send with medicine made my cat Boots literally rip at the next box once she got a taste of them
