I have used this company several times over a period of years. I usually buy medications and one order got damaged in the mail as it was sent in a plastic vial in a jiffy envelope. Only four of the original order of 24 pills were delivered in a very crushed package. VET RX replaced the order without question . I highly recommend their services.

These guys were great, they were really diligent about keeping me in the loop as they acquired the needed perscriptions for my pet's needs and shipped overnight when they had to make me wait a bit, waiting for the vet's response. WONDERFUL customer service!

I had good service, I just wish I didn't have to pay for next day air. I don't refrigerate the medicine.
