This supplier followed up immediately when my vet had not responded with the prescription, allowing me to get the prescription in time to avoid running out. And prices are great.

We've ordered from VetRxDirect since we got our pooch. Best prices and service. Free shipping with a smallish purchase and always a treat for my dog.

Each experience with VetRxDirect.com has been phenomenal and I plan on continuing to use them each month for my little guy's prescriptions. I couldn't ask for better or speedier service! Thank you VetRxDirect. (and I was surprised to receive another care package on my 2nd order. What superior service!)

This was the first time I had ordered online medication for my dog. I was unfamiliar with the process and called a couple of times for help. Finally went to my vet for my dog's prescription, which they had faxed over to VetRXDirect. The next morning VetRXDirect called and sent a fax to them to re-fax. Everything was taken care of very fast. In fact I was amazed at how quickly they contacted my vet and how quickly I received the medicine. I am thrilled I used them and will be using them again. Thank you.
